- Analysis of newcomers docs for the conformity to the existing certification requirements - Creating / maintaining of the Personnel folder (hard copy, soft copy) - Scan database of all experience logbooks - Check the compliance with requirements iaw applied qualification - Issuing of the preliminary conclusion of the possibility of granting categories - Tracing of the maintenance experience for certifying staff - Preparing all documents for the assessments, conducting of the meeting - Maintaining List of Certifying Staff, List of Qualifyed Inspectors, Qualifyed Mechanics, Approved Auditors, Specialized Service Staff, Supervisors, Assessors - Maintaining of the staff tables - Timely preparation and control of assessment for all staff which is involved in maintenance activity (PPCD, Stores, Quality Department, Procurement, Management) - Assistance in obtaining of the AMLs, correspondence with authorities - Preparation and support to the extending of existing company approvals

In addition to the previous functional: - Conducting of annual personnel assessment (based on annual activity results and 360 degrees method, 40 persons) - Conducting of personnel assessment by 20-70-10 method (up to 250 persons) - Conducting of personnel assessment for managers' requests (interview method) - Creating of personnel development schedules, supervision of its realisation

- Regular analyse of training needs for all kinds of employees. - Developing, performing and monitoring annual Training budget. - Cooperating with external training providers (both Russian and foreign), negotiation, support contracts agreement in all stages. - Preparing financial and managerial reporting monthly, quarterly, yearly. - Participating in personnel assessment events (Assessment Center, 360 degree, local qualifying commeety, professional skill assessment for engineering staff). - Elaboration of Individual Development plans for engineering staff (over 100 people). - Developing and maintaining of Training providers database (over 80 training centers, Performed training database (over 900 performed courses), Trainees database (over 350 people). - Creation of a common information field through managering company and international branch offices - Analyse of training effectivity. - Participating in creation of normative and administration documentation.

- Organisation and providing of the internal training (tutorship, on-the-job trainings, adaptation courses for the newcoming employees, internal courses). - Supporting and assistance in training process (visa, accomodation, tickets, support for trainees, instructors, coordination of training groups, taxi support etc.) - Monitoring of the internal training programmes development, maintaining of the Internal Instructors database. - Performing of corporative culture propagation events. - Preparing classrooms, training materials for courses.
