Provides technical support to ensure compliance with environmental legislation, internal company policies and processes, and aplicable to the company, laws, regulations, standards of environmental regulation, environmental performance standards and supports the regulatory inspection process Prepared analytical reports and provides recommendations on potential environmental impact of Company's production activities Interacts with Controlling Agencies during inspections for compliance with environmental legislation Participates in environmental audits and in company internal audit group as part of industrial environmental control Helps the PGPA or another group of OE/HES department in providing technical analysis and conclusions on existing/proposed legislative norms of environmental regulation Acts as a representative of the department in standing committees/working groups Collaborates with design engineers for effective design of integrated environmental control systems or automatic monitoring systems Develops, coordinates and controls standard studies of the environmental impact of company activities (site assessment, assessment of changes in the state of the environment)

Responsibilities: Coordinates SPZ (sanitary protection zone) projects development. Supports PDV (project of maximum permissible emissions) development. Reviews new changes in RoK requirements. Provides regulatory assurance and legal support. Manages corporate reporting (AGRP). Reviews and checks actual air emissions calculations from all sources. Coordinates EPC/EIA reviews. Supports PDAGP development. Conducts industrial control inspections. Performs dispersion modeling. Provides environmental consulting for other departments and groups.

Responsibility: Develops and implements systems for managing and monitoring programs to ensure compliance with Client (TCO), Van Oord, and regulatory environmental obligations. Communicates effectively at all levels within the organization to obtain insights into ongoing environmental performance, influence operations for constant performance improvements, and improve awareness. Delivers environmental training sessions covering a range of environmental issues. Prepares and maintains project environmental management plans and procedures. Collates and verifies data for environmental monthly reports and KPIs. Carries out scheduled site visits, inspections, and audits. Collects and collates relevant data for RoK compliance. Develops Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when required.

Coordinated the development of complex environmental projects, provided consultations on environmental protection and risk management issues, and conducted an analysis of current and proposed legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
