The project had started as a chat fiction app for teenagers, but later it transformed into a multiformat content entertainment platform. I've been in charge of marketing and content delivery. * Reached 1.5 mln monthly active users in 2 years with low marketing budgets; User acquisition process includes ads platforms, agencies, influencer marketing. * Content formats released by the end of 2020 include: chat stories, quest stories, text series, original audio plays, podcasts, classic literature adaptations, plays by contemporary playwrights. * Over 1000 story titles published by the end of 2020, each text professionally edited. A number of stories became bases for audio plays. * The entire process of user content generation was established, including a full-time outsource editorial board, AI-based first-stage content moderation system, publishing tools, and integrations. * Since 2019 original audio plays have been added (audio pieces with cinematographic sound). A full production cycle has been established from idea to publication with the participation of writers, actors, sound designers, etc. * A team of specialists with unique competencies had been built, which allowed to manage a dozen processes in analytics, content production, marketing, community development by just a few people. * A number of team-to-system communication interfaces developed: chat-bots, agile boards, server scripts, data aggregators, dashboards, etc. * Numerous authors' and creators' community activities were held, including the establishment of an annual literary award. Over time, I had to immerse myself in technical recruiting, business development and partnerships, AI-based systems research and development. The last point allowed me to realize my potential in the technical field on a par with managerial and creative ambitions. Working on content had been especially exciting, which included both defining the general artistic concept of the platform, and participating in production itself.

There was a key aim to build and launch the service within 3 months from scratch. We managed to launch service in 3 months and successfully tested our business model. XIMAD is a mobile applications development & publishing company with wide range of proprietary products, headquartered in San Francisco, CA. There was the aim to build a Publishing Department and involve indie mobile game developers to sign exclusive publishing agreements on revenue-share conditions. As a result, we got more than 150 third-party products on several markets (Apple AppStore, Google Play, Amazon, Windows Marketplace etc.). During various periods, I have been working on different projects without departing from the main activity line. Among them: - Ad Monetization solution for mobile application developers. This solution represents an SDK that allows application developers to monetize their apps by showing ad banners from various Ad Networks. My role was in negotiating with partners and building demand-side strategy. - Business Development with the key markets and leading industry participants, such as Microsoft, Nokia, Blackberry. - Marketing Automation Tool. The project has been bearing on building a range of solutions for one-button-touch launching marketing activities. My role was a Project Manager.

The Special Projects Division specializes in the distribution of products for the major retail chains operating in Russian Federation. My clients were MediaMarkt, Technosila, Eldorado and a number of smaller ones. Key responsibilities: - Fulfillment of sales and payments plans, - Negotiations and signing annual condition agreements with key clients. - Planning of product shipments to retail outlets and coordination of regional branches of the company. The distribution network consists of more than 1000 stores around the territory of Russian Federation. - Coordination of in-field sales and merchandising divisions. Training programs development.
